⭐️GERILJAPOP
At first glance, GERILJAPOP looks like something straight out of the Barbie universe. But don’t be fooled; inside that dollhouse—complete with a white picket fence and a perfectly manicured hedge—lives a catalyst for chaos that turns everything upside down. Inspired by the avant-garde, guerrilla art, and internet culture, GERILJAPOP has only one rule: all rules are meant to be broken. GERILJAPOP began as an experimental internet phenomenon in 2020 but has recently established itself as an artist worth watching. Described as "TOTALLY unpredictable" (NATT&DAG) and "fun, playful, and boundless" (NRK P3), GERILJAPOP is a blend of hyperpop, rap, and punk. The artist is "hard to pigeonhole" (Musikknyheter) yet features some consistent ingredients: art-infused genre hybrids, in-your-face vocals in the Ålesund dialect, and distinct audiovisual concepts.
⭐️Heart_Glitch
Heart_Glitch can be described as existential indie/alternative—the last calm words spoken before screaming becomes the only option left. The music grapples with the reality that life consists mostly of ordinary days, and that not all dreams come true simply because one has reached adulthood. The songs are quiet and melancholic, easily imagined as having been written within the confines of a six-square-meter bedroom.
The person behind the rat mask is Nora Kristine, an Oslo-based musician who occasionally yearns for an office desk, routines, and a rural setting. Heart_Glitch draws inspiration from artists such as Joji, The Last Shadow Puppets, Mitski, and Radiohead.
⭐️Catch The Fox
Catch the Fox is a new rock band from Northern Norway. Since forming in 2022, the band has experienced rapid and exciting growth, already performing numerous shows across Oslo and Bodø. In 2023, Catch the Fox won the Norwegian final of the Emergenza Festival and represented Norway at the grand international final at the Taubertal Festival in Germany. The following weekend, they set an attendance record at the "Skogenscena" (Forest Stage) during the Parken Festival.
They recently competed in the Norwegian Emergenza final again—held at Rockefeller in Oslo on May 18th—securing an impressive third place.
⭐️BeingAMonkey
Birthday boy and monkey. Limitless hip-hop. Nerd! BeingAMonkey is many things, but the most important thing is this: once you step into the "Ape-verse," you never leave. With lyrics that burrow into your brain like termites and an energetic live show combining hip-hop attitude with punk aesthetics, get ready for unforgettable moments.
Songs like “Hundedager blir til år,” “Goblin Mode,” and “Perfekt i Preteritum” take you on a journey through the humorous, the absurd, and the vulnerable. And beats featuring hard-hitting drums and playful guitar invite everyone to dance the night away.
Welcome in!✨✨✨
