Welcome to a year-long monthly performance series by Frida Marida in Teaterkjeller’n! This is The Premiere: ‘Fri Da Boobs’! Come and compete. Judges on the occasion: Her Highness Ryona Crystal and Pål Gauslaa Sivertzen. Be there, Friday, 27 February. In collaboration with Karmaklubb*.
Doors open at 20:00. Show start: 21:00. Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes (incl. a break). ID: 20. Address: Oslo Nye Teater, Centralteatret, Akersgata 38, Oslo. The venue is unfortunately not accessible (yet).
The Frida Marida Shows is a monthly performance series where Frida Marida hosts bold, humorous, and politically charged musical events that turn the audience into active participants. Every episode is built around a unique theme, combining music, camp performance, body-instrument techniques (Frida’s nipples, steering wheels, ass percussion), voting, competitions, live jury panels, and unexpected prizes. The atmosphere is playful, queer, and socially aware — each night blending entertainment with commentary on censorship, identity, honesty, and body politics. The audience becomes part of the show: They vote through bar purchases, join competitions, mingle, take breaks, and engage with Frida’s world of humour, activism, and unapologetic openness. Every event lasts around two hours and creates a safe space for joy, exploration, and community.
