New Suns Book Club - November 👽
New Suns is a sci-fi and speculative fiction book club hosted at Anarres from 14-16 the second Saturday of every month. By discussing both utopian and dystopian futures, we can imagine different and better ways of living.
Our November pick is Record of a Spaceborn Few by Becky Chambers 🌀 You can just show up, but we do have a Signal group chat. Send an email to amanbo@online.no if you would like to join the chat.
The discussion will be in English and the venue has step-free access.
«Centuries after the last humans left Earth, the Exodus Fleet is a living relic, a place many are from but few outsiders have seen. Humanity has finally been accepted into the galactic community, but while this has opened doors for many, those who have not yet left for alien cities fear that their carefully cultivated way of life is under threat.»
