Trans Pride 2025, Day 2: ‘TRANS OASIS’!!

av Karmaklubb*

We warmly welcome you to no less than a two-day celebration — 29 and 30 November — on the occasion of Trans Pride 2025! A fluid programme — trans folks and allies, gathered from around the country and also abroad — consisting of workshops, to connect, printing, party, music, performance, drag, tasting ... Let's light up the last weekend of November. Come alone or with someone; we got a warm space for you all.

Timetable, Day 2: 12:00–20:30

Workshop, 12:00–17:30: ‘Rollofon POSTER JOY’, with Jo Ravn Abusland, Liam Eric Bula & Marcus Elias Olsen (NOR) (main room)

The suitcases, in this workshop, are antique duplicators used for making prints. With some new ink and stencils this old technology is ready for you to print your designs. Let’s make some colourful posters to lighten up the city!

Workshop, 12:30–14:30: ‘Queer Spirituality’, with
Eir Andrea Berg (NOR) (private room)

How can we, as trans and non-binary people, create rituals that reflect our lives, experiences, and communities?
The Queer Spirituality project invites you to a creative and safe workshop where we will explore what spirituality can be — on our own terms. During the workshop we will share experiences, play with symbols, language, and actions, and create small rituals that can be used both personally and collectively. No prior knowledge is required — just curiosity and a willingness to explore. You are warmly welcome to a gathering that makes space for depth, creativity, and community!

The workshop is led by Eir Andrea Berg, a trans woman and a pastor in the City Church Mission, and is supported by Bufdir.

Food sessions × 2: 14:00–15:00 / 17:00–18:00: Fermentation with Sal Reis Trouxa (PRT) & Iku (POL)! (Main room)

Join Sal and Iku for a two-part introduction to the world of fermentation, exploring simple, seasonal, and nourishing ways to preserve vegetables and craft vibrant fermented drinks. These short sessions are designed to give a clear introduction to techniques, flavor building, and fermentation traditions.

First session:
14:00: Lacto-Fermented Seasonal Vegetables (Sal, 30 min)
Sal will demonstrate the classic method of lacto-fermented vegetables using seasonal produce. You’ll see how to prepare, salt, and pack vegetables, and learn the key principles behind safe and delicious fermentation.

14:30: Fermented beverages (Iku, 30 min)
Iku will show how to prepare two fermented drinks. Fermented beetroot beverage and kvass — a traditional Slavic drink known for its earthy flavor and lively probiotics. They’ll walk through the process step by step and share tips on variations and flavor development.

Second Session:
For those who prefer a later time, both demonstrations will be repeated:
17:00: Lacto-Fermented Vegetables (Sal)
17:30: Fermented beverages (Iku).

They will also have some of their own ferments available for purchase throughout the day.

Workshop 15:00–17:30: ‘Express Yourself’, with
Plant, Ria The Revolution Rider & Vince Velvet (NOR) (private room)

Vince, Ria & Plant share how the art of drag can be used as a tool to exploring your identity. Take art, get inspiration, express yourself with DRAAAAG!

DJ: GawdX (TTO/SEN) (17:00–18:00) (main room)

Panel: ‘Trans Joy’
With Frida Marida (LEB), Alice Moland (NOR), Kaeto Sweeney (GBR/FRA/NOR), and Newt Petride (CYP/NOR). Moderator: Koyote Millar (GBR/NOR) (main room).

A conversation about TRANS JOY. The necessity, urgency, and actual feelings of thriving, growing, and happiness.

TJA (Koyote Millar [NOR/GBR] & Benjamin Setsaas [NOR]), live (main room).

TJA plays transtastic and dangerously catchy folk-pop. Their songs go well with grieving, celebrating, flirting, and protesting — and their live show may reduce anxiety, strengthen the heart and can be enjoyed by all genders. Approx. 30 min.

Show by Frida Marida (LEB) & Ryona Crystal (BRA)! Just be there (main room).

All day: Stands by PKI/POGI (Pasientorganisasjonen for kjønnsinkongruens / The Norwegian Patient Organization for Gender Incongruence), PKI Agder, and Karmaklubb* (main room).

Location: Gamle Raadhus Scene, Christiania Torv 1, Oslo. Open to all ages! 🎟️ FREE! Fully accessible (with elevator, HC bathrooms etc.).

The event is curated by Karmaklubb* x ALPHADIVA & Friends for PKI/POGI.

Please note that times are approximate. Also, please reach out if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the event, and we will do our best to assist and solve.
